SAFEGUARDING TRUST: Our Parish is committed to the Church of Ireland Safeguarding Trust policy which sets standards for the welfare of all children involved in the ministry of the church with a view to protecting them. The parish panel members to whom any concerns can be brought to are the Rector, Garry Morton and Mrs Ann Poole. Their contact details are displayed on the notice boards in the Church and Parish Hall.

FREEWILL OFFERING & GIFT AID: Any parishioners who do not currently use Freewill Offering envelopes or monthly Standing Order and would like to do so, please contact Mrs Ann Liggett (Tel: 3884 1183) or Tom McCord (Tel: 3884 1021). Gift Aid allows the Parish to claim back 25% on Freewill Offerings or Donations from the Revenue Authorities when the donor pays at least the amount of Income Tax as the Gift Aid claimed in the relevant year. If you do not currently Gift Aid your offering and wish to do so, please do get in touch. For those who presently Gift Aid, thank you for your additional support. Please make sure you notify us should you no longer pay income tax, change your name or address, so that our records are up to date.

HOSPITAL VISITING: Please inform the Rector if you are going into hospital or you are aware of any parishioner who has been admitted and would appreciate a visit. Due to patient confidentiality clergy no longer have access to the denominational list of patients and are therefore often unaware of parishioners having been admitted to hospital. It would also be appreciated if the Rector could be notified when those in hospital are discharged or transferred to another hospital. Thanks.

WEEKLY ANNOUNCEMENT SHEET: Information and articles to be included on the weekly announcement sheet should be sent to the Parish email address by Thursday evening. Thanks.

SICK & BEREAVED: If you know of any parishioners who have been unwell recently, bereaved or who would appreciate a home visit please let the Rector know.
